Zeroing in on my uniform styles more and more... I've found the types of outfits I favor, and now I need to wear a few types a week so things don't get *too* uniform.
Skinny jeans and sweater or tee, bonus for stripes. Long sleeved, printed dresses (I only wear prints if they cover my tattoos, so I don't clash), especially sheathes. Shirt-dresses. Full knee or midi skirts with a t-shirt or thick sweater, no girly tops. Anything girly (dresses, skirts, lace) needs to be balanced with a more masculine shoe or sweater. Anything too masculine or androgynous needs a bit of sparkle, a red lip, or ballet flats, etc. I like to find that balance!
I also find that sticking to my "known colors" has made my closet really versatile.
